Order Processing, Shipping & Returns

PROCESSING & SHIPPING TIMES

  • Ready-to-Ship Items – Shipped within 2 business days.
  • Made-to-Order Items – Processing time is 2-3 weeks before shipping.
  • Custom Orders – May take 3-4 weeks, depending on the complexity of the order.

We always strive to complete orders as quickly as possible!  Expect an email to let you know your order is on the way!

LOCAL DELIVERY

Local Delivery / Meeting Place is available for the following zip codes:

92070 - 92036 - 92086 - 92059 - 92061 - 92082

During checkout, enter your address and choose 'Local Delivery' option. Once your order is ready, we will reach out to you to arrange delivery or local meet up.

If the local delivery option does not show up during checkout, your order is not eligible for local delivery.  Once your order is ready, we will reach out to you to arrange delivery or local meet up.

 SHIPPING 

Orders are generally shipped using USPS.  Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We do not ship outside of the USA at this time.

REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We do not accept returns on custom orders. However, we accept returns up to 3 days after delivery on all other orders if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. 

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at nativelaserllc@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the items condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
