How the Swag Process Works

  1. Tell Us About Your Project
    Share details about your event, quantity, timeline, and budget.
  2. Recommendations & Quote
    We’ll suggest the best items and provide a custom quote.
    Quotes may include a one-time artwork/design fee (up to $25), depending on complexity.
  3. Mockup & Invoice
    Once approved, a mockup and QuickBooks invoice will be sent.
  4. Production
    Production begins after payment and mockup approval.
  5. Completion & Delivery
    You’ll be notified when your order is complete to arrange shipping, local pickup, or delivery (when available).

Current Turnaround Time

Because all swag is custom made and produced alongside our full-time commitments, current turnaround time is up to 5 weeks from approval and payment.
Rush requests may be accommodated when possible for an additional fee.
